Enrolment at Bundoora Secondary College
Due to the rapid growth of our school community, and the increasing demand for enrolment at BSC, we are working with the Department of Education under an Enrolment Management Implementation Plan. Our school has an enrolment restrictions under section 2.2.16 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic).
The purpose for EMIPs is to ensure every student can attend their local school if they choose to, and ensure schools are consistently supported with early enrolment management interventions when they are at risk of exceeding capacity by over-enrolling and the impact it has on the school’s infrastructure, staffing and resources.
The purpose is simple: to ensure that every student has access to the facilities, programs, staff support and learning opportunities they need to thrive.
The EMIP prioritises:
students who live within the school zone (Find My School)
students with a sibling attending the school at the same time
students seeking enrolment on compassionate grounds, in exceptional circumstances

We understand that not receiving a positive outcome can be disappointing. We encourage you to keep in contact with us, as future enrolment opportunities may arise.
