Yoga is an ancient practice with many modern benefits...

Have you heard of yoga? Would you like to try it in the comfort of your own home?

Yoga involves stretching and movement to help counter many hours of sitting in front of a screen. It helps release and strengthen your back, shoulders and legs. It also incorporates mindfulness to help ease stress, anxiety and worries. You always feel better after it!

Ms Benitez will run live classes every Thursday from 2:30pm-3:15pm. Interested? Email TB@bundoorasc.vic.edu.au to register.
