CAN STUDENTS COMPLETE VCE, VCAL OR VET STUDIES IN BIG PICTURE?
The answer is yes!
Students can select VCE and VCAL subjects relevant to their pathway. Work they complete as part of their projects can contribute towards satisfactory completion of VCE or VCAL Units. Students can choose to attend formal VCE or VCAL classes, or gain credit towards classes through their projects. They also have the option to complete VCE classes via distance education and use time at school to study these courses. These courses would form part of your Portfolio and Exhibition presentations.
In terms of VET courses, students can enrol in VET courses and gain credit for this study as part of their Big Picture program. These courses would form part of their Portfolio and Exhibition presentations.
On top of all of that, students also have the opportunity to complete other short courses as part of their Big Picture program. These could include first aide, barista, and pre-university courses and would also form part of their Portfolio and Exhibition presentations.
